I believe that if I asked my parents this question their response would be never think your too old to come to us for help. My parents and I have spent a lot of time talking about how I can come to them for anything. They also have always give me the example that both of them call and go to my grandmother for help. So if I asked my parents this question I can bet this is the response I would get.

I think you are so lucky to have such caring parents. Take their advice. I think there is so much wisdom that can come from our parents and closing the door of communication between them will only make us learn the hard way.
